James began coaching youth lacrosse in 2011. Since then, teams that he has coached have regularly reached the quarterfinal and championship rounds. He has played an integral part in the growth and development of lacrosse programs in several associations in Gwinnett County. In addition, He is the head coach and owner of the Laxsanity Snipers boys & girls summer and fall travel teams. James has achieved his Level 3 Certification in the Coaching Education Program (CEP) with US Lacrosse. In addition, he is also a Certified Interscholastic Coach through the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS). Coach Christ is starting his first year with the Broncos as an assistant coach for both the JV and Varsity Girls programs. James' coaching philosophy starts with his drive for growth and development in coaching lacrosse. His approach to the players centers around respect, sportsmanship and team work balanced with discipline and fun. Coach Christ resides in Grayson with his wife Tabitha. The Christ family have 6 kids ranging in ages 13 to 24. James has deep roots in the community where he owns several businesses including Laxsanity Lacrosse.
